Built for Life: Mikk Murray

This is artist, trail runner, and organic grower Mikk Murray. In this short film, Mikk tells us how growing food in a market garden has given him a better understanding of the environment he lives in, and how that's had an impact on everything from the materials he uses as an artist to the hardy, long-lasting products he uses day to day.
